• Into the Garden is a ONE STOP SHOP.  We represent multiple, high quality outdoor furniture manufacturers.   You can place orders from multiple vendors without having to visit multiple websites and showrooms.   Into the Garden also has a wide selection of accessories and fabrics in varied styles so you can complete the outdoor room without contacting multiple sources/vendors. 

• Into the Garden's DESIGNER PRICING equals or exceeds that which you could obtain by contacting the manufacturer directly. 

• Into the Garden will PROCESS any damage claim or CLAIMS for items shipped in error.

• Into the Garden will process any WARRANTY CLAIMS.

• Upon order placement, you will be assigned an ombudsman within Into the Garden who will be your POINT PERSON throughout the entire process.

• In addition if your client is in or near Dallas/Fort Worth, we offer the additional services.

• Into the Garden has a DFW warehouse to RECEIVE and STORE your purchases until they are ready to be picked up or delivered to your job site.

• Into the Garden may combine your design orders with orders shipping to our warehouse for stock giving you the benefit of a very FAVORABLE FREIGHT RATE.

• Into the Garden does NOT charge a FEE  for receiving or storing your items.

• Into the Garden will ASSEMBLE any items needing assembly for a modest fee representing its actual cost in providing this service.

• At your request, Into the Garden will obtain the lowest possible quote to DELIVER your furniture from its warehouse to the job site.

GETTING SET UP

To qualify for our trade/contract pricing and services simply download and complete our Design Trade Application and send it and the requested documents to info@intothegardenoutdoor.com.  If you will have product shipped within Texas and wish to be exempt from Texas sales tax, please download, complete and send the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate or the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification, as applicable.
